Guide to: Fall Flats

1. Miu Miu, Saks Fifth Avenue. While these are an investment, the patent leather will hold up much better than the suede of the standard flats you probably already own. The perforated silver is an update to the cap toe look, and makes these flats a little dressier.

2. Chinese Laundry, Pixie Market. Totally budget-friendly, and in case houndstooth doesn't suit you, they are also available in green. I own a pair and can honestly say they are very comfortable, despite not looking that way (and really, who wants to buy shoes that look comfortable?).

3.  Zara, The triple strap makes these shoes the perfect pairing to any skirt or dress you plan on wearing this Fall, and they also confirm that your foot will actually stay in place, instead of awkwardly flopping out when some jerk steps on the back of your heels.

4. Loeffler Randall, Shopbop. Way cooler than those other oxfords you were considering purchasing, right? Leopard is the perfect accent to a simple black dress, or even your favorite flannel and jeans.
