Savannah Weekend

I am back in Savannah for the weekend (or longer, if the weather persists!) and I am so happy to be walking around and going to all my favorite local places. I'm also getting excited for the back to school season. Call me a nerd, but I actually enjoy buying my school books. This could be because I am a Fashion Marketing major so I'm not taking as many boring foundation classes. Converse are classic, and I've been wearing mine all weekend. They're perfect for walking, but also simple and unadorned unlike most athletic shoes. I wasn't planning on posting about this outfit (it was about to storm) but I ran into my friend Mangue Banzima of Qui Style, who photographed me for his blog. My outfit was not full of too many recent purchases, but my skirt is from Pixie Market, and they just got it back in stock. The varsity jacket was bought last year on one of those trips to Urban Outiftters where you're not so sure what you're looking for, but you need an outfit for that night (I was there shopping for my first date with Randy, so this jacket is actually almost a year old as we've been going out for 11 months now). You can find similar styles on their website here. My glasses were an amazing sale find from Shopbop, but sadly they are now sold out. My pouch/clutch was a recent purchase for Fashion Week that has become a temporary camera case and is available here.
